Is registration with NAHDigital open to ALL nurses?
We accept all nurses from all countries and any race. Our condition is only that a nurse must possess a valid nurse registration certification from their country of origin.
What is the process of finding a suitable placement for nurses?
Our team will review your profile once it is 100% completed on our NAHDigital platform. From then, we will take a further 1-2 weeks to share your profile details with our healthcare employers to find a suitable match. Please expect an update on your match within 3 weeks from the moment you complete your profile in full on NAHDigital.
What type of jobs can foreign nurses apply in Malaysia?
Foreign registered nurses (in country of origin) can only apply for a work visa in Malaysia for full-time job placements with private hospitals.
What if I don't get an immediate job offer?
In most cases, the decision of employment lies with the respective healthcare employers who will review your profile and determine if there is a fit to their current nursing needs. Either way, should there be no available placement by any of our healthcare employers, your profile will still be active on NAHDigital for future references by these employers when a hiring opportunity arises. We understand your urgency and appreciate your patience in allowing our company to better service you in finding the most suitable placement.
Should I notify NAHDigital if i am not actively seeking for a job placement after i have created an account?
Yes. You can change your status on your NAHDigital account under the profile section to mark your status as “Not Available to Work” if you decide to pursue a career opportunity elsewhere. However you can access your NAHDigital account in future to change this status back to “Available to Work” to enable our team of recruitment specialists to immediately process your application to any active and available job positions.
What is process after I am shortlisted for interview by employer?
a. NAHDigital will update on details of interview process. It will be online for most positions
b. Upon selection post interview, you will receive the offer letter with full details of terms and compensation. Upon acceptance, you will be asked to provide documents related to visa
application such as filled forms sent to you, certified university transcripts etc as we will request.
c. Once this is complete, we will proceed with the immigration work visa processing and you will be notified of completion of this process and arrival details.
